The Great Avocado!!!
Ok, I'm tired of hearing the same nonsense about avocados, "I don't eat avocado because they contain too much fat and they make you fat" arghhhh! Please, allow me to shed a little light on this Amazing fruit! First of all Avocados are one of the most perfect and valuable foods in nature. They contains more potassium than bananas and are rich in vitamins A, B's, C, E and K. They contain no sodium and have the highest fiber content of any fruit! Avocados also have all the essential amino acids the body needs and also Omega 3 and 6. If that's not enough, strong evidence suggest that Avocado trees might have been around as many as 5o million years ago...wow maybe some of those aging properties will rub off if you eat enough of them...
