But for Shirley, switching to a plant-based lifestyle has made all the difference in improving her quality of life, from the inside out. Here’s what she had to say about The 22-Day Revolution: Since 1989, after a series of several serious automobile accidents, I woke up one morning and could not open my left hand, every joint in my body was swollen and after many medical tests I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  Since that time, I have been on every tricyclic you can imagine, every antidepressant known to man, and every other disgustingly horrible zombie-inducing drug you can name.  I am not a pill-taker, nor do I want to indulge in any prescriptions on a daily basis.  I have done everything that I could think of to change how I feel. At wit’s end, I was listening to Marco on The Elvis Duran Show.  I heard someone mention swelling from rheumatoid arthritis and I thought “Hmmm, I can do anything for 22 days, let me order the book”, and the rest is history in the making. After just 13 days of following The 22-Day Revolution, Shirley lost over 10 pounds and drastically improved her quality of life. From a few disconnected hours of sleep per night, Shirley now sleeps 8.5 hours or more each and every night – what a change!

Raymond

One of the 22 Days Nutrition’s earliest, and most drastic successes is Raymond. Overweight and hypertensive, after being told by his doctor that he was on the road to a fatal heart attack, Raymond needed a significant change to snap him out of bad habits and start him on the road to full body health. And boy, did his body respond! Raymond explains: I stopped drinking alcohol and started eating vegan, consuming 100 oz of water/day, and working out daily – mainly consisting of cardio and body weight resistance movements. The result: my blood pressure went down to 120/86 and I lost 22 pounds – how poetic! After 44 days, my blood pressure went down to 118/77 and I lost over 40 pounds. Today, I’ve lost over 70lbs. The most important accomplishment: deciding that there is no longer an end date.
