Hummus Tartine with Sprouts Recipe

A tartine is an open-faced sandwich and this fabulous rendition begins with hummus and then piles on the veggies for a beautiful treat. It takes only 2 minutes to make and it’s easy to bring with you to work for a wonderful lunch.

Hummus Tartine with Sprouts

Serves 1

Ingredients:
2 slices vegan, gluten-free bread

½ small Haas avocado

2 tablespoons hummus

1 pinch alfalfa sprouts

4 cherry tomatoes

dash paprika

Preparation:
1. Spread hummus on toasted bread.
2. Top with sprouts, sliced tomatoes, and avocado, and finish with a dash of paprika.
