After successfully completing 22 days of a healthy plant-based diet, Alexa says, “I developed new eating habits that I’m still sticking with more than two months later. I don’t really crave dairy anymore—cheese and ice cream don’t have as much appeal as they used to, and I still take soy milk or almond creamer in my coffee.”
