Do you test for heavy metals?+−
Rest assured, your health and safety is our top priority. We source the highest quality ingredients that, in addition, to be tested for heavy metals, are also USDA Certified Organic, plant-based, and as clean as can be. We ensure that each batch of our powders are third party tested for heavy metals and are proven to be safe & healthy for regular and continued consumption.

We sweeten our powders with Organic Stevia, a natural, sugar-free sweetener.
Can I choose the flavors in the Plant Power set?+−
Not at the moment, but this is something we are working on! Please stay tuned.

We highly recommend consulting with your doctor or physician before using any new dietary supplement to facilitate weight loss. However, in addition to a well-planned diet and exercise routine, our powders can in fact be used to facilitate weight loss.

Our products are not Kosher at this time.

Yes, they are! Our protein powders offer 20g protein, low sugar & low carb!

Do you ship outside of the US?+−
We currently only ship within the USA. However, please check back with us from time to time as we are currently working on expanding our delivery capabilities beyond US borders.
Does 22 Days ship internationally?+−
At this time, we are only shipping to US but are working on expanding internationally.
What is your return policy?+−
We are pleased to offer the very best plant-based lifestyle solutions. We stand behind our products and services and want you to be satisfied with them. If your purchase is not completely satisfactory, you can return products purchased at the 22 Days Nutrition online store within 30 days for a complete refund.
As the return policy does vary depending on the product, please read below for more details:
If you have prepaid for the Meal Planner which involves a subscription service, and upon a reasonable request to a 22 Days Nutrition (or Third Party) customer service agent by phone, email, or chat, you may be entitled to and receive a prorated refund for the subscription service which you have not used.
We offer a 100% guarantee on our protein powders. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products within 30 days for a complete refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with our protein powders purchased from our website, you may return the item(s) for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for items returned in the original form of payment. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase or as a credit to the customer account. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must carefully package the product in the same packaging that it was received in, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30-day period. After the 30 days has expired, all sales are final and we will not accept any returns. 22 Days Nutrition reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- You MUST call Customer Service at 800-822-9080 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The Customer Service Representative will provide you with a RMA# authorizing your return and for you to write on the original packing slip.
- Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received.
- Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.
- Write the RMA# provided from Customer Service on the top of the packing slip and specify what items are to be returned.
