We believe that optimum health shouldn’t be something that is reserved for a select few, but a right for all. Everyone deserves the opportunity to live their best, happiest life.
That is why we created 22 Days Nutrition. Food is the foundation of better health. Our founder, Marco Borges’ personal mission is to help others achieve happiness through health. He started this journey in Miami as the owner of a vibrant gym, and then began to personally train some of the most talented people on our planet. While working with Beyoncé and Jay-Z, he was able to share the benefits of a plant-based diet with them. Eating a more plant-based diet helped revolutionize the way they thought about food and nutrition.
Soon they realized that they could not keep this way of eating a secret. They believed that everyone should have access to information about a plant-based lifestyle and that everyone, not just celebrities, should have access to the tools needed to eat better. So Marco, Beyoncé and Jay-Z partnered to create 22 Days Nutrition.
The 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner allows you to discover delicious meals, plan your week, shop and cook all on the same platform. Everything you see will meet Marco’s expert nutrition guidelines (the same guidelines Beyoncé and Jay-Z follow) and personalized for you and your family. The meal planner takes the guess-work out of healthy eating and makes it easy. With support from food coaches seven days a week, recipes that fits your unique lifestyle, grocery delivery across much of the US and so much more, we have found a way to democratize health and better nutrition.

Yes! When you sign up, you can add other members of your household and specify their appetite size (we offer a small appetite selection that’s perfect for kids). That way, you will have the right amount of food to feed and please everybody! Many meals were even created with a child’s developing palate in mind!
Yes, you can filter over 700 ingredients! When you sign up just tell us what food you want to keep out so you’ll get recipes that match the needs of your entire family. No more making separate meals for everyone in the house!
You can change your preferences at any time! Here’s how:
- Click on the site menu in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- Click on My Preferences.
- Select the setting you’d like to adjust, and make changes.
When you make changes, the personalized meal options in your Discover page will update. (Recipes saved in your menus will remain the same!)
There are many ways to find new recipes whether you’re looking for something that fits your specific preferences or if you’re ready to venture out into something new. Here’s how:
- Check your ‘DISCOVER’ daily to see brand new recipes customized just for you.
- Want to see something new in DISCOVER? Simply update one of your preferences like cook time, cooking skill, or allergies/dislikes and the entire DISCOVER will update with brand new customized recipe suggestions just for you.
- Check out SEARCH to find something for any craving any time.
- Chat in with one of our excellent food coaches for some new ideas. They know the recipe database better than anyone, so they’ll know just what will hit the spot.
- Read the exclusive emails from Marco and the 22 Days Meal Planner team for special recipes and meal ideas.
We work with some incredible partners to get your groceries delivered! If Amazon Fresh or Instacart is available in your area, you can get your food delivered right to your door. Simply click Delivery to send your ingredients to your preferred delivery service.
Your convenient grocery list also makes in-store shopping easier. Just pull up the list on your phone, and when you find an item in the store, tap the item on your screen to check it off and move it to the bottom. If you prefer a paper list, you can also print your list before heading to the store!
Yes, you can add as many extra items as you want, so your meal planner list is the only one you’ll need!
Hosting an event or eating on your own for a night? It is easy to change the serving sizes of a recipe within the meal planner. To change the serving size:
- Click on the site menu in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on My Preferences.
- Select Serving Sizes to change the number of additional people you’re cooking for.
One of the best parts about the meal planner is that you can customize the servings in every recipe based on the number of mouths at that meal.
First, make sure the recipe is added to a Menu. Then, open the recipe from the Menus page. On the Recipe tab, you can increase or decrease the number of servings of that recipe. (This is great for guests!)
For leftovers, just click the Leftovers button to double it!

A plant-based diet and a vegan diet are similar in that both diets avoid all animal products. But a plant-based diet, a term we prefer to use, is a diet that is based on nutritious, whole food plant-based options like whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. A plant-based diet does not include processed foods like soy burgers, fake “meats”, chips, cookies and so on.
One of our goals at 22 Days Nutrition is to get you out of the mindset of calorie counting and into the mindset of “what is healthy for me?” If your focus is on eating clean plant-based meals, you will notice that you feel satisfied and nourished after your meals, and your health will likely follow. Our goal is to provide meal recommendations that leave you feeling alive!
With that being said, if you are interested in learning more about the nutritional content, we offer full nutrition information for every recipe so that you can make the best decisions about what’s right for you. We strive to build meals from wholesome ingredients with vitamins, minerals, fiber and the macronutrients required to fuel your best self and keep you satisfied.

The 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner is available on any mobile device via a web-based app. That means you have all of the convenience of an app without having to download it from the app store. Also, you will NOT need to regularly update it to get the latest and greatest, and, even better, it won’t take any extra memory on your mobile device. This means you can access your account from your usual web browser on your phone or tablet any time, anywhere.
For quick access, you can add an icon to your home screen, making your 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner just as convenient to access as a normal app.
To add a 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner icon to your iPhone home screen, please follow these steps:
Open the 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner in the Safari browser on your mobile device.
On the bottom tray, click the ‘export’ button.
Then select ‘Add to home screen’.
This will add a thumbnail image to your iPhone’s home screen, similar to an app, that will allow you quick and easy access to 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner.
To add a 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner icon to your Android home screen, please follow these steps:
- Open the 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner on Chrome on your phone.
- Then touch the overflow button (three vertical dots) and select Add to Home Screen.
- Next, all you have to do is touch Add and the site will join your other apps and widgets.
