Kale: Is This Superfood Super Delicious?

Kale is many things to many people; packed with nutrition, it is one of the so-called superfoods, and an excellent way to fill nutritional gaps in your diet.  But do you actually want to eat the green that makes spinach look wimpy?   • A bunch of kale. Remove the leaves from the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and line a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.  Wash the kale thoroughly and dry with a paper towel or salad spinner.  Drizzle the oil over the kale and then sprinkle with salt.  Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are brown.
