We might feel like we don't have enough time, we aren't good enough or we just don't know where to start. But creating a healthy lifestyle is as simple as incorporating healthy new habits into your daily life. So how do you create those healthy habits? By adding one habit at a time. Don't overwhelm yourself with too many changes at once. Instead, work on creating one or two new habits at a time so you can really stick to them.
