Fall is here! And what better way to get the taste of fall flavor than to blend up some delicious shakes using 22 Days Plant Protein Power? The next time you’re looking for a healthy breakfast or snack, blend up one of these autumn-inspired beauties and enjoy all the amazing health benefits.

1. Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Canned pumpkin is low in calories and high in fiber and Vitamin A. One of these smoothies will give you long-term energy while the protein helps build muscle and repair tissue. Plus, it tastes just like pumpkin pie – what could be better than that!

  • ½ cup canned organic pumpkin
  • 1 – 1.5 cups unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 1 banana (frozen is better)
  • 1-2 dates (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger (or pumpkin pie spice) to taste
  • 1 scoop 22 Days Nutrition vanilla Plant Protein Powder

2. Delicious Apple Smoothie

By adding oatmeal to this smoothie you’ll feel full and have lots of energy for the most of the day, so it’s a great way to start your morning and avoid the mid-afternoon, low blood-sugar crash that has you reaching for the coffee or chocolate bar.

  • 3 Tbsp of Gluten-Free Oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • ¼ tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 – 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop 22 Days Nutrition vanilla Plant Protein Powder

3. Cinnamon Tahini Protein Smoothie

Tahini adds a new edge to this spiced smoothie, while the cinnamon warms you up from the inside and gives you a kick of antioxidants. Meanwhile the chia seeds add omega fatty acids for good cardiovascular health.

  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 scoop 22 Days Nutrition Plant Protein Powder

You can try these smoothie recipes with vanilla Plant Protein Power, or jazz it up with chocolate for a whole different flavor (chocolate + cinnamon = yes please!).
