Tia L: My journey started in autumn 2013 with a juice cleanse. I felt so good after the cleanse that I wanted that feeling to continue but I knew that I couldn't live forever on just vegan cold pressed juices. I, like Beyoncé, am a southern gal who grew up eating and loving soul food at its finest - from fried chicken to fried fish and everything in between. When Queen Bey announced her world tour, "The Mrs. Carter Show," that was the PUSH I needed. I knew I was going to go and I wanted to look good when I went.
